Job Description The Process and Automation Engineer is responsible for identifying inefficiencies in business processes and implementing automation solutions that improve workflow, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. They work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, deploy automation tools, and ensure that systems are running smoothly. Their primary goal is to optimize and automate repetitive tasks and complex processes across the organization, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain automation scripts, software, and tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-based systems.Work with IT and business units to integrate automation solutions across platforms.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand process pain points and develop customized automation strategies.Provide technical guidance and support to teams adopting new automation tools.Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
Monitor the performance of automated processes, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.Gather feedback and assess the impact of automation on business outcomes, continuously improving solutions.Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of process improvements and automation projects, including workflows, scripts, and performance metrics.Report regularly to management on project progress, outcomes, and opportunities for further automation.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
