Introduction

We are seeking a Process and System Support Specialist to join our finance team. Your role plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various processes within the local business. This position involves collaborating with different teams, analysing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support to enhance overall process performance. The Process Support and System Support Specialist contributes to streamlining operations, optimising productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 In this position, you will report to the Business Systems Coordinator. 

This position is mainly located in Perth, though we may consider other locations around Australia.  We are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. 

Team you belong to

You will join a team of small team of 3, all located in our West Perth office. We have a large project that is keeping us busy. 

What you’ll do

•    Evaluate existing processes across departments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, providing feedback to Global Process Owners
•    Collaborate with Global Process Owners and stakeholders to gather data and insights about current workflows
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimise errors
•    Facilitate process improvement workshops or meetings with cross-functional teams, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement by promoting feedback, innovation, and best practices
•    Work with Regional Deployment Manager to project manage process changes into the local business and monitor the impact of process changes and assess their effectiveness over time
•    Act as the primary point of contact for SAP key users, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests related to the organisation’s ERP
•    Ensure that progress reports are delivered to stakeholders on a regular basis, adhering to predetermined timelines
•    Administer SAP new user and role access requests, following developed approval process and managing role conflicts
•    Identifying local SAP testing requirements, and completing with the relevant Key Users

Who you are

Essential
•    SAP ERP system – 5 years plus experience
•    Exceptional problem solver
•    Sound understanding of integrated business systems and the project co-ordination skills
•    Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
•    Knowledge of process automation and technology solutions
Desirable
•    Degree in commerce/business/accounting
•    Experience working in project environments
•    Experience in operational business systems such SAP and Salesforce
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    S/4HANA experience
