We are seeking an innovative and strategic Process and Systems Lead – AI Solutions to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role aims to enhance the People Experience by leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize the help and support provided by our People Services group. Reporting to the Global Solution Owner for People Services, the successful candidate will drive the evolution of our support services, ensuring that our AI systems are effectively shifting queries from Tier 1 to Tier 0 (self-service) and expediting tasks that reach the People Services group. Process and Systems Lead - AI Solutions Key Responsibilities: AI Integration and Optimization: Develop and implement AI solutions that intelligently address and resolve employee queries, reducing reliance on Tier 1 support and enhancing self-service capabilities. People Experience Enhancement: Focus on improving the overall People Experience by ensuring AI systems provide accurate, timely, and contextually appropriate responses to employee inquiries. Query Management: Analyze, design, and implement processes that enable AI to handle a higher volume of common queries autonomously, thus freeing up People Services resources for more complex issues. Efficiency in People Services: Identify and employ AI applications to expedite and streamline tasks within the People Services group, aiming to reduce or eliminate manual intervention. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor AI performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Solution Owner for People Services and other stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and employee needs. Training and Development: Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure that People Services team members are well-equipped to leverage AI tools and understand their functionalities. Stay Current with AI Trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and evaluate their potential application within the People Services context. Why You? Basic Qualifications: Proven experience in implementing AI solutions, preferably within a operations or customer support environment. Strong understanding of applications of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and AI tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving processes and systems through AI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in project management and leading technology-driven initiatives. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI. Why GSK?
