Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Process and Tools  will be supporting specific activities of the Tactical Procurement duties, mainly focus on the efficiency on Tickets Resolution and process improvement.

The trainee will take under his/her responsibility the support on resolving those tickets related to AP invoices cases, suppliers creation/modification requests and supporting on the request for quotations in order to assure the correct benchmark. As well, they could be involved as part of the mapping of the procurement process for the next ISO certification project for the Shared Service Center.

Additionally, they could be involved on the Amazon Business Reconciliation process and spending analysis from all Noram entities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Follow-up on tickets request.

Support on the fully implementation of the Supplier Creation Process.

Support Tactical Buyer activities.

Follow up on TPIA, compliance with suppliers for Americas Region.

Reports on tickets SLA and status related to specific categories.

Be accountable for compliance with Thales procurement policy and with the "Manage Acquisition" process of Chorus 2.0.

Participate on Reporting of the Team KPIs

Follow up during supplier creation process.

Support the team for process improvement.

Participate in tasks force.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.

Intermediate English

Microsoft Office, Outlook

Intermediate Excel
