Within our Healthcare Compliance Team, the Process Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes that all of engineering development follows, in accordance with Standards and Regulations. You will be part of an international team. We are looking for someone with a strong capability to learn and with strong communication skills in a dynamic environment. Excellent project management, compliance, and communication skills will form the foundation for success in this role.
You will play a key role in providing strong focus on process standardization, policy creation, and continuous education to ensure that processes are consistently followed and optimized. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, contributing to broad cross-functional projects and initiatives, and identifying process gaps and developing solutions to improve the overall effectiveness of processes.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience At least 5-7 years of experience with at least 3 years of regulatory health care technology related work experienceAwareness of software development process Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
