Process Associate, GBS Customer Service and Support (GBS CQ)

Responsibilities 

 

Customer Relationship Management
- Quick response and provide solutions for problem solving to meet customer requirements.
- Continue to improve customers' satisfaction and meet customers' service level.
- Cooperate with service providers to solve local customs/trucking problems.
- Well manage the key/VIP accounts.


Operational
- Plan shipments and input into system based on customer requirements.
- Track Accounts Receivables.
- Work with documentation team to make sure shipments well closed.
- Prepare regular reports for customers.
- Meet/exceed individual KPIs, including productivity, on-time response, accuracy, etc.

Qualifications 

 

EDUCATION
General Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level in shipping profession or related fields.


EXPERIENCE
General Experience
Associate - Working experience in international logistics industry is a plus. Customer centric.
Expert - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Good business communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Specialist - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Sound knowledge of shipping basis, transportation basis, and customs regulations.
