Purpose of role:
To ensures verification of documentation of exports for the European region, comply with regulatory, tax, and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage and verify proof of export documentation for Europe, ensuring compliance and accurate data for stakeholders. Proof of Export Verification: Receive and validate documents via Outlook/EDOC. Issue Tracking: Monitor export issues and communicate with forwarders and internal teams. Data Upload: Upload proof of export documents in SAP. Reporting: Create and validate reports for previous years' export data. Financial Data Preparation: Provide proof of export data for financial update calls. Quality Control: Perform monthly quality checks on export documents. Audit: Collect, verify, and share delivery documents; communicate with internal teams and forwarders. Quality Check: Select forwarders, verify document accuracy, and upload results to SharePoint. Shift time : 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Drop provided)
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in validating export documents. Knowledge of transportation documents (Road, Rail and Air). Good to have SAP or similar application knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication with internal and external teams. Proficiency in office software and document systems.
