Inviting applications for the role of [Process Associate], [Customer Care]
In this role, CSR is responsible for providing assistance to our customers by addressing their inquiries related to eligibility, benefits and claims.

Responsibilities
•Answers questions resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers plan sponsors, categorizing level of priority of requests coordinating with the appropriate staff.
•Documents tracks contacts with members, providers plan sponsors
•Determines applicable coverage provisions verifies member plan eligibility.
•Associates explains eligibility and benefits of the member with how the claim or reimbursement is handled or processed.
•Processes correspondence requests depending on the customers’ needs.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•College Level
•Excellent Written and Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•Preferably with healthcare background but no BPO experience required
•Willing to work shifting schedules and onsite
•Able to multitask
•Willing to work in 100% onsite work setup
•Has good understanding of medical terminologies
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
