Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Supply Chain Management - PLAN

In this role, you’ll get to work with offshore and onshore Inventory management team regarding manual and EDI transactions as well as out of balances.

Responsibilities

Perform daily IDOC (intermediate documents) error resolution

Perform shipments and receipts transactions (manual and EDI)

Research inventory movements, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, Batches and Return Orders

Identify and resolve End of Day Inventory variances between SAP and Warehouse systems

Generate daily Out of Balance report identifying variances between shipments and receipts of stock transfer orders within supply chain.

Perform other tasks as detailed on the Inventory Control team task list

Support SOX documentation and month end activities

RCA and Error Resolution in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business/Commerce. Specific accounting / similar process experience /inventory experience/supply chain management or any related background. Good knowledge of MS Office (basic Excel is a must) and experience in SAP (added advantage but not required)

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and analyze various professional reports. With excellent written and verbal English communications skills

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts. Knowledge in basic excel formulas, excel macro skills added advantage

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Excellent communication skill

Keen attention to details and excellent data entry skills

Understand the array of inventory transaction types and their financial impact

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
