Process Associate

We are inviting applications for Collections Process Associate

Calling customers of a highly reputable U.S. based financial institution to remind them of their equipment/transportation lease / loans past due payments and providing exceptional customer experience while collecting promise payment arrangements.

Collections Associate would also be responsible to have and develop qualities like tact and assertion to collect on late payments. A highly capable training team will be providing the product and collections procedures and governance training to be accomplished on the first 4 weeks of employment. Upon completion and deployment to the operations team, individual performance will be evaluated monthly based on collector and collections success measures such as number of customer contacts generated and promise payment arrangements obtained and converted to actual payments.

Responsibilities

· Inbound/Outbound calls to Transport Finance Truck Owners, Accts payable, Finance Manager to collect Past Due’s.

· Call on past due accounts and collect Misc. fees (late fees, taxes etc.)

· Document all collection contact notes in the Collection Access Tools/platform for future reference

· Maintain compliance, TCPA, all process in accordance to QA Evaluation SOP

· Meet or exceed set production goals

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience in consumer collections/customer service roles

· Banking domain expertise

· GED/College graduate

· Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English language

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

· Good/Excellent Phone Skills and Etiquette

· Calmness under pressure

· Shows behavior of dealing with issues in an organized and methodical approach

· Good negotiation and analytical skills

· Administrative and basic computer skills

· Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and Access

· Ability to Multi-task

· Detail Oriented

· High level of professionalism
