Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care

Helpdesk Agents are the first point of contact for End Users seeking technical assistance on Applications, Websites and Hardware like (Laptop, Desktop, Printer etc...) and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

Email, Outbound/Inbound Calling on customers with past due accounts.

Promptly resolve client inquiries at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.

Maintain compliance, TCPA, all process in accordance with client SOP.

Ability to utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.

Documenting customer interactions providing information to customers.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Good Communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns/issues.

Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills.

Display a solid knowledge of major desktop software applications and networking concepts.

Any bachelor's degree

Technical Trainings / Certification could be like GNIIT Courses, MCP, CCNA, A etc...

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Agents should be able to handle issues related to the following:

Issues related to Microsoft Office Applications, OS365

Operating System – Windows, MAC

Mobile Operating System – iOS, Android, Windows

Desktops, Laptops, Toughbook’s issues.

Wireless, Remote Access.

Any bachelor's degree

Technical Trainings / Certification could be like GNIIT Courses, MCP, CCNA, A etc...
