Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care
We are looking for a Process Associate , whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
· Ability to handle difficult interactions with customers via chat and phone
· Adherence to compliance policy.
· Work under specific goals and manage AHT
· Proficiency in customer service skills.
· Problem solving skills.
· Keep the data base updated with the customers information and status.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· High school diploma
· Good Communication skills, 90% in both spoken and written English
· Proficient in M.S Office software specially in Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to work under pressure under specific goals and manage AHT
· Results oriented and good people skills.
· Customer Service Background is a must.
· Schedule Flexibility is a must

· Have the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through
· Ability to effectively communicate through phone and email
