Responsibilities
Manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationship with the organization
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Respond to customer queries and provide solutions over the phone
Review previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information
Verify customer information as part of due diligence
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Must meet and maintain the required language proficiency requirements.
Willing to work different shifts including night, weekend schedules and overtime
Ability to deliver information at customer’s knowledge level in a comprehensible manner.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
BPO or contact center experience (Collections or Customer Service background)
