Responsibilities
• Processing payments for Superannuation clients, including Payment In and Payment Out.
• Liasing with employers, advisers and internal clients to support with their enquiries and ensure a smooth process.
• Identifying issues and providing solutions regarding processes as part of remediation
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients inquiring about banking products or Services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• High School Certificate or Any Graduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of banking product
• Previous experience in customer service or the banking industry is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Understanding of working dynamics in operations in Australia
• Ability to work in a fast-paced
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
