We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/ Process Developer, for Accounts payable profile in Commercial Real Estate – Capital Markets

Your role will require you to utilize your experience in / and knowledge in Accounts payable profile in Commercial Real Estate – Capital Markets and adhere to the required TAT, Accuracy, and guidelines. You will be aligned to responsibilities based upon your skill set.

Responsibilities

Understanding of Loan servicing procedure

Good understanding of Finance and Accounts principles and concepts

Knowledge of invoice processing as per Industry standards

Processing invoices within TAT

High accuracy is maintained with zero overpayments

Timely Query resolution to resolve invoice queries.

Closure of system hold invoices on timely manner

Sharing QPA and Lean ideas for process improvements

Engage effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders internally and externally on a regular basis.

Comprehend customer centric attitude to clearly articulate the resolution within timelines

Communicate analysis performed to the onshore team

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong academic background with bachelor’s degree in commerce/ BBA/MBA in finance from an accredited institution

Relevant experience in Accounts finance

Certified in Advanced Financial Modelling

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)

Adaptability to operate in dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines

Focus on delivering high quality work whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach

High learning agility, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant U.S. Commercial Real Estate – Capital Markets experience in a KPO, or consulting firm, or financial services company

Strong quantitative orientation, with knowledge or ability to learn principles, including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Time Value of Money, Return on Equity, Debt Returns, etc.

Command in using research databases such as CoStar, REIS, and RCA

Experience of working on Argus software

Ability to write Macros / VBA code

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

Highly accountable and work with least supervision

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
