Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care

Responsibilities
• Email, Outbound/Inbound Calling on customers with past due accounts.
• Promptly resolve client inquiries at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.
• Maintain compliance, TCPA, all process in accordance with client SOP.
• Ability to utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
• Documenting customer interactions providing information to customers.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• At least High School Graduate
• Good communications skills in English
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
• Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Preferably with relevant BPO Collections experience.
• Exposure in a Collection’s role; comfortable in a voice/email function which requires handling calls/emails from clients/customers.
• Collaboration skills (with internal external stakeholders with Debtors), both Written Verbal.
• High level of integrity.
