Process Center Leader

Role Purpose

The Process Center Leader is responsible for guide, support and be the facilitator to all members under charge. Also includes plan, organize and lead them to comply with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the processing center team.  Interact with different areas to verify the quality and service provided.  Aling and excecute department strategies.  Guide and develop the team.  Ensure, standarize and comply with a quality of service to all customers.  Identify areas for improvement. Knowledge of all lines of business.  Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast moving and challenging  environment. Proficient in MS Application (Word, Excel and Power Point).  Advanced knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language. Certified in Six Sigma or related discipline.

Experience

Five (5) years or more of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferable. Experience in supervising different groups.
