Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents. Responsible for the daily material handling functions for the facility and for the department. Ensure proper material flow from marketplace to the production line feed location. Provide direction and support in the allocation of resources to appropriately cover material handling responsibilities. Support Ford Production System and synchronous material flow through lean manufacturing practices. Lead and manage hourly personal development.

 

 

Available to work on night shift and job rotation as business required. Industrial Engineer/Engineering/Logistics or related field  5 years experiences in manufacturing related to Material Planning and Logistics. Material Handling/Warehouse/Inventory management is preferred. Experience in Automotive MP&L and Logistics is preferable.  Knowledge of line balancing, time study, material flow, capacity planning.
