Description We are looking for someone to help our client rewrite all of their monitoring activities to more clearly articulate they're responsibility for reviewing. Essentially, they are creating a better script for what all of their monitoring activities entail, clearer documentation, etc. Candidates who will be hired will be hired on to come in behind the team that writes those scripts/procedures, and performing testing/QA to ensure that they are achieving their purpose in accordance to the verbiage being determined by regulators. This role will be critical to implement updates to our clients Monitoring Program and will conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control for over 3500 GCOR owned Monitoring activities Top Skills Policy Writing, Procedure Writing, Control Testing, Risk, Compliance, Business process analysis, SharePoint, Tableau, Process analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with Bank Risk Management is preferred as well has having a Financial Services background . • The candidate has experience being a risk officer, understand Compliance and Operational Risk, understands process engineering and change management. • The candidate has performed quality assurance/quality control and is a strong verbal and written communicator Reporting will be run through Tableau and reports are housed in SharePoint, so having experience with those will be very beneficial.
