As a process consultant lead in the Corporate HR Solutions group (CHRS), you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with business partners across Corporate HR with a focus on accessing and documenting business processes using Blueworks Live. You'll conduct stakeholder interviews, create, or update business process maps, and raise potential employee experience change impacts. In addition, you'll contribute to project team meetings, provide feedback on deliverables, and lead measurement activities.
Must Have qualifications
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 10 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.){OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)Preferred skills
Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end diagramming using Blueworks LiveExperience supporting Workday vendor implementationFamiliarity with business process management discipline, methodologies, and toolsExperience gathering and interpreting information from stakeholders across functional areas, identifying problems and opportunities, evaluating alternatives and risks, and choosing effective options.Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organizationCompensation
