Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Process Control Clerk to join our team in Dayton, NJ. Process Control Clerks handle high volumes of administrative tasks for the Finished Goods Planning department by sending shop floor paper packets to the production floor to manufacture. Processing packets timely and accurately is crucial to meeting customer needs. This position is day shift 7:30AM – 4pm.

You Will Spend Your Time...

Creating delivery notes and labels based on the filling instruction sheetReleasing, printing and checking shop floor papers for accuracy, inputting changes where necessary and prioritizing workReviewing live demand in SAP and making informative decisions on customer and/or affiliate ordersGenerating production schedules and releasing production packets as needed by production plannerGenerating transfer orders for production as needed.Interfacing with customer service and production planners with respect to order requirementsReviewing and responding to emailsAssisting with shared departmental duties
 

Required Skills

Strong time management skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional Organization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office programsWorking knowledge of SAP à Preferred

Required Experience

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredPrevious experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
