As a Data Science Associate in the Business Transformation team, you will be responsible for overseeing data science functions and serving as the subject matter expert in advanced analytics within the process intelligence team. Collaborating closely with the U.S.-based Process Intelligence team through a "follow the sun" model, you will ensure continuous progress on active projects. Success in this role requires a transformational mindset, proficiency with advanced analytical tools, and the ability to leverage data for continuous monitoring and improvement.
Job responsibilities:
Lead data science efforts on Digital Process Discovery projects. Utilize process mining techniques to analyze process behavior and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement real-time process monitoring through the use of streaming data. Conduct data-driven root cause analysis to address process conformance issues and inefficiencies. Manage end-to-end projects, including scoping, data collection, processing, modeling, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with the U.S. team to advance process analytics both locally and in the U.S. Partner with leadership to develop innovative Process Intelligence solutions and work with the business to define use cases and generate new ideas.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in process mining, computer science, statistics, or a related field, with over 6 years of experience in statistical analysis, process mining, and process analysis. Skilled in providing data analytics for senior management, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Experienced with data pipelining and data visualization tools for process analysis, such as SAP Signavio and Celonis. Capable of partnering with diverse internal teams, especially business and technology, to achieve results and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
