**Your role and responsibilities**
* Receive Assignment allocation and facilitate full life cycle of the international transfer of Assignee (Start of Assignment, Extension, Localization and Repatriation)
* Send initial communication and Consent form to Assignee and follow-up in case the latter has not been signed yet
* Initiate Immigration, Relocation, and Tax services for International Assignee.
* Coordinate with assignee and Home/Host HR for any requirements necessary for the assignment
* Follow up status of immigration papers with Immigration vendor, if applicable
* Notify Assignee and Home/Host Manager if immigration papers were approved or denied
* Update/maintain Assignment record, as necessary
* Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve Issues identified within the process
* Monitor and process tickets in ticket system. Resolve and close tickets/cases
* Complete additional tasks delegated by the Team Leader/Manager
* Assist in the creation of job aids for related processes, if necessary
* Delivers country specific Process
* Attend to employee concerns and handle escalations raised to Tier 2 Mobility, if necessary
* Provide the client with support and data for any internal and external audits. Ensure compliance to the client’s existing standards and other applicable laws.
* Conduct regular Process testing to ensure that processes meet business controls requirements.

* Strong data processing and data management skills,
* Proficient interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills,
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills,
* Ability to work in a team environment with multiple levels of management,
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Fluency in English communication
* MS Office proficient
