Job Description Key responsibilities: Create and operate a governance framework encompassing all ITSM-owned processes Assess the ITSM processes against governance framework and global process management expectations Onboard new processes into the ITSM process framework, as needed Manage ITSM governing bodies and the path for risk and issue escalation Write, maintain and improve policies, controls, risk indicators, and control monitoring metrics for ITSM-owned processes Perform ITSM process control effectiveness periodically, identifying gaps and opportunities Drive design improvements on flows, procedures, performance indicators, and operational metrics in collaboration with process teams Perform other duties as assigned We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
