Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Insurance Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for listening to the pre-recorded audios and convert it into work documents which is a conversation between insurance company representatives and a person who is somehow related to the claim/accident/event.
Must have a good listening skill
Minimum of year of experience of transcribing the audio files into written document
Good command on English language- Reading Writing
Responsibilities
Processing 55 minutes of audio into word document every day
Maintaining good accuracy
Ability to proofread first level processed files
Good command on English language- Reading Writing
Full ownership of the task from pulling from the queue to uploading it on the tool
