Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Accounts Payable – Quality Check for Invoice Processing, Help Desk and Vendor Master
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to perform Quality Check and report out on accuracy defects, root cause analysis and way forward.
Responsibilities
Setting up Quality check process across Invoice Processing, Helpdesk Vendor Master activities
Maintaining reporting Quality trackers for the customer
Maintaining error log, suggesting improvement steps implementing control points
Resource should have attention to detail and strong analytical problem solving abilities
Make sure the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are balanced as per the guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
Relevant work experience
Decent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Experience in Audit
