Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, TalentMatch Business Partner

Responsibilities

· Resource Planning Bench Management: Demand Supply analysis: identify sourcing mix.

· Maintain Client Deliverables internal fulfilment activities: Determining available pool of resources get allocated to projects based on their skills and availability to support business growth

· Strategizing to close positions within hiring TAT and minimizing generic skill hiring through effective bench management process.

· Weekly Bench connect - Employee connect to guide and discuss ways forward for quick next deployment .

· Mapped skills and experience level with available pool and Identified skills gap training.

· Regular cadence calls to mitigate delta, manage customer expectations and fill gaps through daily hurdle with Hiring team track/ Service-line/ BU leaders.

· Robust transparent governance

· Ensure System Accuracy in terms of data (Demand, Supply, Bench etc.) and progress tracking

· Own and manage resources request for assigned business area by validating requirements, searching for candidates, and presenting candidates for consideration.

· Source resources to engagements align with their skills, professional goals, and/or preferences.

· Utilize all available tolls to identify candidates and develop creative staffing solutions for open resource requests.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key practice and industry leaders and leverage these relationships to maximize deployment opportunities for assigned population.

· Influence FLMs to accept an alternate staffing outcomes by articulation the value and long-term benefits.

· Escalate sensitive or high-risk resourcing situations to business partners and regional leads, as appropriate.

· Maintain understanding of key resource management metrics and how these metrics impact financial performance.

· Encourage employees to look more broadly at opportunities as against exact matches only by driving roadshows, conversations and other ways that showcase the longer-term value of making “non-traditional” career moves.
