Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Trust and Safety
Adopting and implementing best practices to manage customer experience, service, quality, and efficiency. Provides clients with the best possible experience for their customers.
This role will be responsible for Compliance Reporting.
Responsibilities
Review CS tool activities logs
Review Superset and identify the potential threat.
Highlight any suspicious or major findings in real-time.
Communicate issues to mgmt.
All the activities should be thoroughly checked audited.
Corrective action should be done by the compliance team in real-time with proper documentation.
CS tool - To check the action and timing along with the losses or status of the account to ensure 100% compliance.
Zendesk - To validate the customer requests with action taken by agents.
Slack - To check the communication in case of no ticket or no CS tool note.
Google Sheet (Protected sheet) - To update all their comments and findings on real-time.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
CS Experience
Auditing/Compliance Experience
An eye for detail
Organized
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent judgment and the ability to make tough calls in ambiguous situations.
An empathetic approach to dealing with sensitive Trust Safety concerns
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong quality focus, along with a strong ability to read, understand, and follow procedures.
Ability to share feedback in a positive manner Must be flexible to any shift
