In this role, you will be responsible in providing specialized knowledge and expertise in healthcare products and services. S/He acts as a resource for complex cases and support our team in resolving escalated issues.


Responsibilities

This is a full-time role and would involve handling various tasks like the following:
• Serve as the primary resource for resolving complicated customer issues related to claims, policies, and procedures.
• Provide advanced knowledge in areas such as international healthcare coverage, billing processes, and member services.
• Train and mentor CSRs and TFs on specialized topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay up to date on healthcare guidelines, internal processes, and best practices.


Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Previous experience as a POC/ junior supervisor would be an advantage.
• Deep understanding of healthcare insurance products and policies.
• Ability to handle escalated or complex member issues with efficiency.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical or policy-related problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Healthcare Experience
• Experience working in a call center or same role.
• Adaptability and Resilience
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of Voice and Non-Voice domains would be an added advantage.
