Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Customer Care
In this role, you will manage collections portfolio and optimize collections activities, handle account reconciliation, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure timely payment and minimize outstanding balances. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to dispute resolution, and the ability to work with internal and external teams to resolve payment issues.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time role and would involve handling various tasks like the following:
Collections Management:
Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts including distributors to achieve collection targets.
Monitor outstanding balances and initiate contact with customers to ensure timely payment.
Identify and escalate accounts at risk of delinquency to minimize potential losses.
Dispute Management:
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues causing payment delays.
Coordinate with sales and other internal departments to address customer inquiries and disputes.
Document and follow up on action plans for unresolved disputes.
Account Reconciliation:
Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy in invoicing and payment application.
Address unapplied or misapplied payments and maintain up-to-date account records.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers to encourage prompt payments.
Act as the main point of contact for payment-related queries and account adjustments.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C collections.
Proficiency with financial software or collections management tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Familiarity with account reconciliation and end-to-end collections processes.
Knowledge of dispute resolution and customer account management.
Experience in process improvement is a plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
