Process Developer

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Record To Report

Responsibilities:
Fixed Assets
1. Perform Fixed Asset Month-end Tasks,
2. Perform asset creation in the system,
3. Maintain Records of Asset Disposals Transfers
4. Maintain opening and closing of FA Module.
5. Perform minor issue resolution (examples but not limited to investigation of differences between GL and SL)
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FA accounts reconciliations
7. Identify and investigate variances, clean up ageing recon items
General Ledger Closing
1. Perform test Transmission runs and identify errors
2. Coordinate resolution of transmission errors to respective parties (ICO, AR, IT, etc.)
3. Perform Final Transmission of financials in Peoplesoft
4. Run and maintain Allocation set up for simple group of accounts and perform allocation issue resolution
5. Maintain opening and closing of GL Module.
Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation
1. Prepare monthly. quarterly and annual reconciliation on accounts with moving balances assigned to the team
2. Identify and investigate variances, clean up ageing recon items Journals
3. Process Manual JVs requests (prepare JV Templates)
4. Park JVs in SAP / S2K
5. Ensure completeness of supporting docs of journals (i.e. basis for calculation, approvals, JV Templates, etc.)
6. Prepare self-initiated journals
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• College Graduate
• Can demonstrate outstanding active listening skills probing; able to display solution-focused approach “can-do-attitude” at all times to build customer dedication
• Has good problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process
• Shall pose no challenges in adhering to work schedules
• At least significant months of Voice Customer Service experience is required
