Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate/Process Developer - Cash Processing, Wealth Operations
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for cash processing of money in and money out transactions to the end clients accounts based upon instructions received. Processing must be completed within the specified timeline as processing window have very limited time to complete.
Job Responsibilities Preferred skills
• Experience on Cash processing and exception clearance for impacted entries is a must.
• Must have a strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS, Equities, etc.
• Sound Knowledge of reconciliation and reporting is required. Good to have knowledge on Trade Settlements lifecycle, corporate actions, and Accruals.
• Should have good knowledge of different types of accounts like individual, Partners, joint, institutional etc.
• Must have understanding of the risks involved in cash movements.
• Must have a good understanding of different types of instructions like, ACH, Check, Wire, etc. and understanding of upstream and downstream of processes.
• Must have experience of working under pressure to meet the processing window deadline.
• Experience of posting transactions on accounting custody systems for exception resolution is required.
• Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
• A strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.
• Establish strong relationships with onshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Onshore Queries and Issues.
• Experience of applications like Global Plus, AddVantage Trust Desk applications would have added advantage.

• Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
• Effective probing root cause analysis skills
Preferred qualifications
Relevant work experience in an Associate role is desirable. Previous experience in a middle/back office in Financial services firm.
