Responsibilities

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
 Education Experience: Experience in a customer service/contact center environment. High school diploma required, college graduate preferred.
 High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
 Experience in a Spanish Customer Service voice account. Experience Preference – Insurance background – Disability, health, Life or PC
 Certification from an accredited Language institution
 Test of English understanding – minimum score of B1 or above
 Ability to converse in English Spanish
 Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint and PDF)
