Inviting applications for the role of [Process Developer], [Customer Care]
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, receiving complaints, and providing information. Their role focuses on delivering high-quality, empathetic support to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities
• Handle email, back office, inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding healthcare plans, benefits, claims, and services.
• Ability to communicate in written and verbal for both English and Japanese
• Comprehension on customer inquiry is a must
• Assist customers in resolving issues related to claims processing, coverage, and pre-authorization.
• Provide information about plan details, billing, and policy updates.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Follow established workflows for escalating complex cases to team facilitators or their supervisors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client’s products and services

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance systems and terminology.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Amendable to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
• Willing to work in 100% onsite work setup
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint)
