Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Insurance

In this role, you will manage floor coverage, assist queries in the support chat while actively pursuing initiatives that aid team members in achieving individual and team key indicators.

Responsibilities
• Work in tandem with the Supervisor/Manager to identify and address performance and developmental opportunities
• Establish and maintains effective working relationships with peers/team members
• Help develop agents to be self-sufficient by helping them find answers themselves on FAQs/Job Aids
• Coordinate with Supervisor/Manager and set coaching activities
• Attend to Supervisory call/escalations
• Listen real-time and provide feedback to agents
• Share thoughts and ideas on how to improve performance of the team, morale, process improvement etc.
• Drives retention and employee engagement activities
• Excellent product/process understanding – features, benefit, procedure and guidelines

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Education – High school graduate or above

Preferred qualifications

• Proven experience in international voice process inbound/outbound
• Preference – any insurance product experience
