You will lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Additionally, you will supervise key performance indicators (critical metrics), analyze performance data, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Furthermore, you will be involved in the development and conduction of training programs and support in the management of organizational changes. Responsibilities: • Map and optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. • Monitor critical metrics and analyze performance data to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. • Develop and conduct training programs to improve operational excellence. • Support the management of organizational changes. Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. • demonstrated ability in process improvement and operational excellence. • Advanced knowledge in methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in leading projects and training teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. • Confirmed experience in process improvement and operational excellence, ideally with a focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. • Advanced knowledge in data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead projects and train teams. • Ability to adapt to change and support organizational changes.
