Job DescriptionHolistic Coordination: Manage and coordinate the development of processes and procedures for 2nd-Level Packaging of sensor devices (AVT).Process Documentation: Ensure timely and functional delivery of process specifications and required documentation.Supplier Evaluation: Support procurement by evaluating, selecting, and approving suppliers for various components.Testing and Validation: Plan and prepare experiments for components and assemblies, e.g., using Design of Experiments (DOE). Define necessary tests and testing equipment and analyze results using statistical software (e.g., Minitab).China-Specific Responsibilities:  Lead and support AVT projects tailored for the Chinese market.Act as the key communication bridge between the local team in China and the platform team in Germany.Ensure seamless alignment of technical and process requirements across regions.

QualificationsMaster degree in physics, mechanical engineering, material science or something similarDevelopment Expertise: Expertise in process development within AVT, including robust and scalable process design for series production.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge in manufacturing technology, material sciences, and analytics. Proficient in problem-solving and statistical tools like Minitab and MS Office.Communication and Teamwork: Collaborative, solution-oriented, and effective in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.Personal Attributes: Open-minded, goal-oriented, and self-driven. Organized, effective, and cooperative. Curious, inventive, and passionate about technology.Languages: Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.Travel Readiness: Willing to travel as required (EU, US, AP).
