Our Taiwan Engineering team is leading Micron's mission to innovate and advance memory and storage solutions. We are looking for a motivated DIFF/ IMP ENGINEER to join our world-class team and help craft the future of technology.

As a Fab Engineer at Micron, you will have the privilege of collaborating with highly skilled individuals in the industry. You will play a crucial role in initiating, refining, and streamlining processes that improve product quality and reliability. Your contribution will be vital to our achievements in process yield enhancement, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:Establish and improve process conditions and technologies.Upgrade process capabilities and reduce production costs.Establish and modify process management projects.Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials.Analyze and improve process abnormalities.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in process optimization and yield improvement.Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodologies.Ability to diagnose and resolve process-related problems.Experience in coordinating and completing process and equipment evaluations.Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills, with a dedication to achieving flawless results.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.Demonstrated success in process yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment and materials evaluation.
