As Process Efficiency Manager you will define and implement processes/solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve quality and productivity of various teams across region.
We will count on you to:
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, implementing changes to streamline operations.
Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met within scope and time.
Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to develop and implement strategies for enhancing processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand workflows, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in managing complex, regional projects with a track record of successful outcomes ideally within matrix organization.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, incl. Senior Executives.
Experience in working with RPA/automation technologies to enhance process efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Proficiency in English.

Prior consulting or insurance background that provides insight into industry-specific challenges.
