Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $73,000 to $124,000 annual with additional bonus potential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Analyze workflows and systems to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Support and measure adherence to continuous improvement systems (specifically Centerline, Clean Inspect Lubricate, Planned Maintenance, and Training).Lead and participate in process improvement projects.Monitor process performance using data and KPIs.Conduct statistical analyses to ensure processes meet specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.1 – 3 years of experience in an Engineering role or related disciplineExperience in a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and other continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Understanding of safety and environmental standards. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving KPIs.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in a consumer-focused industry (retail, consumer goods, etc.) is preferred.
