As a Process Engineer III at Honeywell, you will be part of our Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and effective production. You will report directly to the Site Leader and work onsite at our Fombell, PA location.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our manufacturing operations. You will work with cross-functional teams both at the site and across the larger business organization to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and optimize production processes. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze the manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement sustainable changes to capture the i improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams both at the site and across the larger business to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize defects and waste
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide technical support to both maintenance and production teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

MUST HAVES• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in chemical\nengineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial and or chemical manufacturing
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of chemical and metallurgical\nengineering principles, process design, and equipment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify\nroot causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning,\nexecution, and monitoring to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Process Optimization: Skills in optimizing chemical processes for\nefficiency, yield, and safety.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data gathering, analysis and\ninterpretation to drive process improvements.
WE VALUE

• Experience with milling machines, lathes, and CNC machines
• Experience with rolling and static presses used to forge metals
• Certification and experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing\nmethodologies

• Ability to communicate complex\ntechnical information clearly to various audiences.
