Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement systems to optimize service and production processes throughout design and manufacturing phases.
Oversee process design projects to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Design processes and equipment related to the development and commercialization of products or services.
Evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs while improving productivity, quality, and profitability.
Develop and document best practices within the production process to streamline operations.
Create prototypes, conduct tests, and make necessary modifications to processes and designs based on results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with overall business objectives.
Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process engineering to incorporate innovative solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in process engineering or related roles.
Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and manufacturing principles.
Proven experience in managing projects related to production processes and equipment design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process design and analysis.
Compensation:
$96,995.00 - $109,876.00 USD AnnualPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
