Description: + Lead process group zone PLs to develop processes that are efficient while maintaining quality, safety, and Takt time production goals + Audit existing processes and eliminate waste to improve efficiencies + Develop Model Takt time requirements based on factory characteristics + lead team of 7-10 process technicians + Utilize AutoCAD for plant layout drawings + Utilize Catia to study product CAD drawings + Develop processes utilizing P8 system - work instructions Skills: Process engineering, oem, Manufacturing engineering, Process improvement, catia, solidworks, process development Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree within Engineering (industrial or mechanical engineering) + +3 years of assembly manufacturing experience - automotive preferred + Experience with Catia 3D, AutoCAD for plant layout, and PD8 for work instructions + Ability to develop processes within the framing assembly section and improve processes Experience Level: Entry Level About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
