Job Title: Process Engineer Job Description Responsible for managing the development of various dashboards and tasks for all of Field Service Actions (FSA). Implement processes to assist dealers and activities regarding FSA-related concerns. Develop and maintain the Recall Program Dashboard within Qlik and Metrics within Qlik. Complete system development for closing recalls for OTA (Over The Air) updates. Create the Field Review Committee Summary after every FRC meeting. Generate recall reporting in GCAMP.
