Description:
\t\t\t\t\tThe Process Engineer is a member of the operational management team that is focused on the performance of the manufacturing process with respect to safety, quality, volume and cost. The Process Engineer is orientated toward continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation. The Process Engineer is expected to demonstrate shop floor leadership while enhancing the professional image of the operational management team through appropriate actions and communication. This position reports directly to the Plant Superintendent.
