Process Engineer Job Duties
Process engineers will be accountable for optimizing and improving the efficiency of the manufacturing processes. To ensure the smooth functioning of production lines, develop new techniques, modify existing designs, and coordinate process improvement projects.

Your Role
Developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste, and increase efficiency.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies, and equipment.Continuously Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions for process improvement.Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.Introduce new product.Control and manage expense & Capex.開發、優化及改善製造流程，以提升產量、品質和安全性。識別並實施製程改善，以降低成本、減廢及提高效率。與跨部門團隊合作，以確保新製程、技術和設備能順利整合。持續監控/分析製程數據，辨識出趨勢並提出製程改善的解決方案。執行製程能力研究、統計分析及基於數據的決策，以實現營運卓越及達成生產目標。確保所有與製程相關的工程作業符合安全、環保及法規要求。支援新產品的引進。控制和管理費用及資本支出（Capex）。
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering is preferred.Working Experience: 5+ years of the chemical industry preferred.Shift operating experience in continuous process will be a plus.Technical & Professional Knowledge:Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, statistical analysis, and simulation software.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Good English speaking and writing are a plus.Applicants with knowledge of precursors on thin film depositions for semiconductors are preferred.Active engagement in digital solutions to upskill the teams and elevate operational management to the next level.Self-motivated, and able to work independently to resolve technical issues.Additional Information:We welcome international candidates and non-native Chinese speakers.
