Job Description

Who You’ll Work With

As a Process Engineer, you'll collaborate with global teams, engineering, and compliance to manage and implement programs like SOC2, improve processes, and ensure compliance. You'll work with stakeholders to define protocols and guide internal teams on process improvements and risk mitigation.

What You’ll Do

You are responsible for managing the already established compliance and process i.e. SOC2, while working on any new compliance program that may arise. 

Researching and analyzing current processes to design compliance programs, and then organizing and executing them.Collaborating with engineering teams to review design data and identify issues, and then developing strategies to resolve them.Conducting tests and diagnostic procedures, and then analyzing the findings.Tracking and researching emerging practices to keep compliance knowledge up to date.Providing guidance and knowledge on establishing new processes, and acting as a specialist to guide the team and company.Producing reports on compliance testing, developments, and processes.Instituting best-practice procedures for compliance and risk mitigation.Developing strategies and implementation plans for compliance-related matters.Explaining and defining compliance protocols and measures to stakeholders and relevant authorities

QualificationsB.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.More than 7 years of relevant experience in managing compliance and processes.Basic knowledge of the cloud i.e. AWS and GCP.Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures.Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks.Experience with product testing and process analysis.Skilled in business operations or project management.The ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.Solid technical knowledge and understanding of product/process design.Problem-solving abilities are essential
