You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

You will:

Get expertise in equipment technologies Executing IL6S plan in his areaDevelop continuously skills of core teamExecute corrective and preventive tasks of core teamPerform low cost improvement and maintenance CapexReplicate AM strategies to core teamThis role provides the ownership for Assets, and it covers not only the equipment and, but also the process and process settingsOwns the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and has deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; owns the R&M budget of the lineThis role reports to the Section leader, and is a full time, day shift roleAssists in VSU for the new initiatives and enables the VSU teamCoaching and training operators and helping them in trouble shooting, root causing and building preventive measure to avoid repeated breakdowns

What you will bring

Native Hungarian and min. intermediate level of English language knowledge is mustStrong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activitiesApplication of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environmentAbility to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systemsMastery of Excel and other data analytics toolsOrganized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS processLogical and structured thinking to extract insights from data

Teljeskörű részvétel új termék projektek kivitelezésében valamint az üzemi technológia és gyártósorok támogatása, ellenőrzése a termékminőség és a termelékenység javítása érdekében. A nem megfelelőségek beazonosítása, akciótervek és kivitelezési javaslatok készítése valamint az ezek alapján készült tervek hatékony bevezetése.

Elvárások:

Felsőfokú (Élelmiszeripari) végzettség

MS Office, SAP felhasználói szintű ismerete

FMCG területen szerzett tapasztalat
