Promote a safe, professional, and productive work environment for all personnel. Understand the company's Quality Vision Policy and accomplish corporate, divisional, and plant goals & objectives for the molding department. Oversee all molding process samples, resins, colors, and new product lines. Ensure the completion of all mold MAPs and CQV runs, and oversee molding efficiencies to ensure molds are running at full cavitation and at or below standard cycle times. Manage the root cause and corrective action process for all quality issues, and oversee molding process tech training and tier completion. Understand JDE for entering Purchase Orders, project management timelines, and spending requirements. Handle emergency situations in a manner consistent with company policy, perform any trained job assignments, and participate in continuous improvement. Commit to ISO standards and facilitate communication between management and employees regarding procedures, job responsibilities, and safety.

70% on the floor, 30% at a desk in their office. Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00
