The Process Engineer develops, monitors and documents the production process for products. He/She is responsible for improving production by developing process and better working conditions for teams (layout of workstations, tools). He/She considers health and safety rules and environmental concerns into his/her work

The required qualifications and competencies are:

General Education: 4 to 5 years at university/technical institute in engineering domain Experience: 1-3 years in an operational position in a plant Computer skills (office, CAD) English R&D Methodology Creativity Industrialization Application of standards Continuous improvement Audit Deployment and monitoring of key indicators Formalization and transmission on know-how Team work
